How the Guild was founded

I am currently leading and managing Elsword [rA] guild and [rA] community on Discord. What is [rA] community? [rA] community was founded back in 2007 from another game that I won't mention here. It was a growing community in every aspect, but later on, the community had a major argument causing 90% of the people to leave.  Here's a little backstory on how [rA] was recreated in Elsword. Most of our members were in the guild called Renegades. Renegades was created back in 2012 with members gathering  to have fun. Renegades had two Guild Masters back then. I didn't know much of the 1st Guild Master because he became inactive when I joined, but the 2nd guild master made a major impact on who we are.  He was very passionate of how he treated his guild members, but sadly something happened to him in life which caused him to become inactive. I then created a guild [rA] for the purpose of transferring everyone over from Renegades to the brand new guild. It took about 5 months for the guild master to log in and decide to assign me, Guild Master.  In 2013, I then transferred everyone to [rA] for the goal of becoming a major PvE guild . Two major members impacted how we now communicate with each other. They introduced us to a voice chat call Raidcall. Most of you might know them, Fritz and Alemad. Fritz was a great member for what he had to achieve for us. We spend time knowing each other in RaidCall and started to play other games within the guild.

The feeling when a community no longer exists is devastating to come in term with. Now that I created rA as a Guild in Elsword, it became more than just a guild, it became a community of players hanging out with one another. Like most people say friendly rivalries can create deep relationships with one another. It's true we do argue with one another sometimes because we do care about the other members. However, there was one problem the rA community faced that also made it almost collapsed for the second time. The issue was so big that it cause more than 60% of the existing member in the guild to quit it. The funny thing was that I wasn't even online when it happened. I came back online to see many people had left the guild and was wondering what was happening. The issue was resolved to bring back 50% of the members who left and the other 10% went their sperate ways. [rA] had a very tough history in it life time and It might be harder in the future but we will persevere. During the year 2013-2015, there were very few outstanding PvE guilds out there. There were, on the other hand, PvP guilds bragging how their guild are #1. Also, there were PvX guilds (PvX is both PvP and PvE) that never took the aspect of PvE seriously. During these 2 years, we became strong but never had the chance to prove our self because PvE had no ranking system. When Ereda Island came out we annihilated the competition in Guild Ereda Island ranking during the event. Also, Perkisas Raid came out and we dominated Phase 1 ranking in the guilds. Phase 2 and Phase 3 we took a break because most members already achieved what they were raiding for (The Weapon). Now other guilds are looking for the path of PvE. I would say let them go forth and grow more as PvE guild. I really hated how there was mostly PvP guilds in 2011-2015 that were growing, but now PvE guilds are growing, the opposite how it was back then.
